Issues Downloading to Police and Fire FCU [Edited]

I have several accounts with PFFCU where 2 are not downloading. It does the authentication and gets the code, then goes back to the login and password, saying they are incorrect. Also states it can not connect to the website, although it has asked for the authentication codes, so I would say it is connecting to the website. Totally separate accounts download with no issues. This has been working for years. Any suggestions? I have tried resetting the account. I am not deleting and re-entering it, as it has a lot of history.

@Feb0593 I am assuming that PFFCU stands for Police and Fire Federal Credit Union. What are the exact error messages? Do you get any error codes along with the messages?

@Sceptic yes it does - I enter the secure access code and then it spins and spins looking for your accounts at Police and Fire FCU.

Ooops. There is a connection problem. CC-502 - Quicken can't add this account because the PFFCU website is temporarily unavailable. I have several other accounts set up in Quicken with PFFCU (different account log ins of course) and I have no issue with them connecting and downloading transactions.

@Feb0593 take a look at this Quicken Support article. The important thing is not to disconnect right away. Sometimes these errors will resolve themselves. But otherwise, the article contains some troubleshooting steps you can try, if you haven't already. If it persists, then contacting Quicken Support is recommended.

Has anyone had any luck with this? I have been unable to download Police and Fire Federal Credit Union for two weeks now. I removed the account and have attempted to re-add it a number of times. I do MFA successfully, but then it spins for a while and results in "Connection to Police and Fire FCU is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this issue persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support." Thank you

@TechFrog567 No I am still having a problem even after calling and the issue being escalated. I tried to get more information since they said they would work on it and when I did, I was told my ticket was closed. It has been since the middle of August for 1 of my accounts. I have other PFFCU accounts that I have no issues with. I was told to call again!

I am having the same issue. My downloads just stopped working with no errors. I worked with Quicken support for 3 hours on 9/18 but they could not figure it out. I sent all sorts of logging info and they said they would get back to me. I have not heard anything since then.

@Feb0593 What TYPE of accounts are working properly? What TYPE are you having problems with.

And, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to BOTH the working and problem accounts?

@NotACPA Checking, Savings, premium savings….for all accounts. I have my children's accounts on my Quicken, and 1 works and the other does not. I have a "business" account with Checking, Savings, and Premium Savings that all work. My accounts are also the same: checking, savings, and premium savings. Transaction download for non-working says Yes (Express Web Connect); last download September 26, 2026, 12:48 PM. For one that does work, Says the same thing. Mine, since I deactivated it, says no (activate downloads), and the last download is not available.

@rockville1019 I also worked with support and had a support meeting and they couldn't figure it out. I also sent all kinds of logs as well. Kind of annoyed that they just closed my ticket and never got back to me.

Im also having issues connecting to PFFCU. These issues have been happening for at least 3 weeks now. Im getting CC-502 error. Ive went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I get prompted for credentials and a code but that is as far as it goes.
