How can I add Tastytrade as my brokerage account?

Tastytrade is not listed. Tastyworks is listed, but when I enter my user info, it sends me a "you must add a verification' message, but I never receive a text or email with their requested verification information.

After doing some research, I found that Tastytrade was formerly known as tastyworks, so the Tastyworks listing in Quicken may be the appropriate connection for your Tastytrade account.

When you access your account directly through a web browser, could you please confirm:

• What URL are you using to log in to your Tastytrade account?
• Does that URL match the website address currently shown when you select Tastyworks in Quicken?
• When you attempt to connect through Quicken, does the verification prompt appear to be coming from Tastytrade, and have you confirmed that your contact information on the Tastytrade side is current?
• If possible, a screenshot of the verification message you're receiving in Quicken would also be helpful.

  • Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
