Can't connect to FHB (First Hawaiian Bank) [Edited]

Question

I have been connected to my bank fine for years, but about a month ago the connection failed, and I cannot connect to my bank after many tries. The bank website seems to connect, but the Quicken side dialog hangs. I have tried both Quicken Connect and Direct Connect. In both cases, I go through the dialog & the bank seems happy, but Quicken hangs up. I have no trouble connecting directly with the bank's website; it just won't talk to Quicken.

Using Quicken Classic Version 9.2.2 (Build 902.61860.100) on macOS 26.6.2

The bank is FHB.com (First Hawaiian Bank).
