Every time I import a file from my Credit Union, the scroll function on Quicken goes wonky, as soon as I use the scroll button on the mouse, it moves to the top and show earliest transactions.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
If you have the Downloaded Transactions section visible in your register, please try clicking on it to collapse it, then test whether that prevents the scrolling problem.
