Quicken just added a calculator to Quicken Mobile, but it operates exactly the opposite of the calculator on Quicken Classic for Mac. If a transaction is a negative transaction (such as -$10.00), that means that we are spending money. In Quicken Classic for Mac, when we want to spend MORE MONEY for that transaction, we subtract another dollar amount. For example, -$10.00 -$10.00 = -$20.00. However, in Quicken Mobile, we are required to ADD A POSITIVE DOLLAR AMOUNT to spend more money. This does not make logical sense, nor is it very intuitive for anybody who has been using Quicken Classic for Mac.
