Can't add account to one step update Merrill Edge

I'm trying to add online access to one of my accounts at Merrill Lynch, but it doesn't present me with a list of accounts to authorize. The steps I performed are:

1. Selected the account in Quicken to add to One Step Update
2. Under Account Details, I went to the Online Services tab and clicked "Set up now"
3. Under "Search for your financial institution," I entered Merrill Lynch Investments & clicked Next
4. I got this screen
5. 

6. I selected "Sign In" and got this screen

7. I signed in to my Merrill Lynch account successfully but was not presented with a list of accounts to authorize. The screen above just hung forever. I had to click the "X" to get back to Quicken.

8. I have tried this numerous times on numerous days with the same results.

Thank you for providing such detailed information about what you’re experiencing. Sometimes, issues can occur when a Quicken data file is synced with cloud services other than Quicken Cloud, so I’d like to rule out a few potential causes.

Could you please provide the following information?

• Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, please open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.
• Is your file being backed up/ synced by any third-party services like Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze?
• Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s).
