Can not download for the last 3 weeks. Nuvision is telling me they are working with Quicken to fix this issue, with no known ETA for when that will happen. Cannot download files from the web; the account will not work either.

Hi @polarbear,
Thanks for taking the time to post to the Quicken Community. To better understand what you’re experiencing, I have a few questions:
This information will help us determine whether the issue you’re experiencing is related to the current Nuvision ticket we’re tracking or if there may be a different issue involved.
I look forward to your reply!
No error codes. Updates complete with no transaction download or error codes. When I download a QFX file from the financial institution, I get this message: Your financial institution has downloaded data for an account that does not exist in your Quicken data file. OL-362-A
Then, at the bottom, it also shows OL-362-B
Thank you for your reply,
The OL-362 typically means that the Quicken file has gotten out of sync with the financial institution. To resolve the issue, please backup your Quicken file and follow these steps from our article on OL-362 errors:
You will need to deactivate and reactivate the affected account(s).
To deactivate the account
What if Quicken tells me to accept downloaded transactions before deactivating online services?
Quicken will not deactivate online services if you have not accepted all downloaded transactions. Verify that you have accepted all transactions.
To reactivate the account
To activate a Web Connect account, follow these steps from our article on activating Web Connect accounts:
To activate an online account in Quicken:
In some cases, you may need to restart your computer after completing the steps above.
Please let me know how it goes!
I deactivated all accounts and reactivated them again. Same issue. Also created a new file, and the same issue. Notice that it gives me the correct balance for checking and savings accounts. It will not download any transactions; it just gives an opening balance. For certificate of deposit accounts, it gives me either $2.00 or $10.00 as the opening balance in all of them.
Since troubleshooting did not resolve the issue and the same problem occurs in a new file, I recommend contacting the financial institution for assistance, as they create the Web Connect file.
If the financial institution is unable or unwilling to assist, please let us know!
Thank you!
Contacted Nuvision, and all they can tell me is that they have an issue, and they are working with Quicken with no ETA on when it will be fixed.
I'm sorry to hear they couldn't give you much information. Since you mentioned they're working with Quicken, I reached out internally to confirm and found out that a ticket was recently created. The issue is being tracked in ticket CTP-18693.
