My Fidelity 401k accounts are displaying incorrect balances

I have 2 Fidelity 401k accounts. One of the accounts shows that is it much higher than is show on Fidelity. And the other one shows much lower than on Fidelity. I've read the other threads, but nothing has helped resolve the issue. I disconnected and reconnected as well. I use Quicken on Mac.

Since reconnecting your Fidelity accounts didn't resolve the discrepancies, I suggest checking for duplicate or missing transactions and any adjustments that may have been made previously.

Here are a few steps to help narrow down the cause:

Run One Step Update to download the latest available information from Fidelity.
Compare your holdings: Open the account and go to the Portfolio or Holdings view. Compare the securities and share quantities in Quicken with those shown on the Fidelity website.
Check the investment values: If the share quantities match but the balances differ, check whether the security prices and cash balances match as well.
