Says PW incorrect, but I have verified it is correct on bank website. Cannot Reset account either.
Hello @scottfmc,
Thank you for reporting the issue you're experiencing.
After checking your connections internally, I don't see any connection attempts to First Horizon. This would happen if you are using Direct Connect to update this account, or if you are using a VPN that blocks Quickens' access.
You said you can't reset the account. What happens when you try?
Do you see an error code? If so, what is it?
Looking forward to your response!
I am not using a VPN. Nothing works. Cannot connect. Cannot reset. Have not tried deleting the account yet, but that is next. I hate to do that because I have had so many issues getting Direct Connect Bill Pay (via the bank, not Quicken) set back up once deactivated.

But the PW is correct.
Nope, it is correct. Checked via the website.
I disconnected my accounts in Quicken, and now I get the spinning circle of death when I try to reattach them. Complete lockup in Quicken. Even Task Manager won't help. Have to reboot my system.
BTW I did complete the Authorization Form externally before trying.
Finally got Quicken to reconnect by deleting the Financial Institution on the Account page and letting Quicken search for the correct bank.

Thank you for following up and walking us through your process.
I'm glad you were able to reconnect. If you need more help, please reach back out!
Thanks again
I am having the same issue with First Horizon Bank, receiving same errors as scottfmc. I have tried deactivating/reactivating online services. I don't want to delete the account to fix the problem account as I will lose all historical data.
Hello @bquick10,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue also! You shouldn't need to delete the account. To correct the issue, backup your Quicken file and deactivate your accounts with the problem financial institution. Once the accounts are deactivated, go to Tools>Add Account, search for the correct connection option, and follow the prompts. Once you get to the Add/Link screen, carefully link your accounts to the existing ones in your file.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thank you, this seems to have resolved the issue.
Thank you for the follow-up,
I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved!
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out!
Having similar issues for several weeks. Have gone through the deactivation + add account process multiple times with First Horizon and by myself. At the Add account screen, when I input my username and password, it changes to a screen telling me I need a customer ID and password, which I just entered. The other option, recommended by First Horizon, is to click "enroll now," let Quicken find my accounts, and reconnect them. Syncing then works, usually, but it quickly stops working. The errors are slightly different each time. Sometimes it works until I close and reopen Quicken. Sometimes it asks for my Quicken vault password, even if I just entered it. Sometimes it shows my main bank account as "already in Quicken," and sometimes it asks me to add it.

Hello @davecarini,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering a similar issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools and see a couple of accounts connected to a no-longer-active First Horizon connection option. That may be causing the issues you're seeing. Please backup your Quicken file and deactivate all your accounts with First Horizon. Once the accounts are deactivated, go to Tools>Add Account.
Select the appropriate First Horizon connection option for your accounts and follow the prompts. On the Add/Link screen, carefully link each account to the correct existing account in Quicken.
If you encounter error messages/codes, please let me know the exact message/code that you see so that we can troubleshoot the issue further.
I look forward to your response!
