Discover/ Capital One 2 cards

My spouse and I both have a Discover card, registered in her name and my name. They are separate accounts. Since Capital One has taken over Discover, I'm unable to get both cards under Capital One. I have my spouse card there with our Capital One credit card. It will not allow me to add my Discover card.

Need help and instructions on how to combine 3 cards to Capital One. (2 Discover Cards and 1 Capital One) [Edited - Readability]

To help me better understand the situation and determine the appropriate next steps, could you please provide some additional information?

• Do you still view your accounts on Discover's website or on Capital One's website?
• Have these Discover Cards been connected before?
  • If so, what happened to cause them to be disconnected and need to be reconnected?
• When trying to connect your Discover Cards, do you receive an error message? If so, please share the exact error message and if possible
  • For instructions on attaching a screenshot, please refer to the Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the screenshot into your reply if the attachment option is unavailable.
• Do you and your wife have separate login credentials to access your bank cards online?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Once I receive a response with your answers, I will be able to better assist you in adding your Discover Cards and Capital One card into Quicken.

In the meantime, If the problem is that you can't add the card under your login credentials, temporarily set a different browser as the default browser and try to connect the cards again.
