What version of Quicken 2017 supports brokerage accounts?

I seem to recall there used to be more options on the 'add account' page.  I'm looking to add 401ks, IRA, Brokerage etc.  I have Starter edition.  Can I just update to Deluxe or do I need Premiere? This page is somewhat vague on what version supports what: https://www.quicken.com/compare

Thanks,

Mike

Quicken Deluxe can handle all the same accounts that Premier can.

Premier just has more reporting bells and whistles and the added Zillow interface.

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

If you need to track investment accounts, Starter Edition is not for you. You need the Deluxe feature level at least.

    If you have already

purchased Quicken Starter Edition, go ahead and install it, then do this ...

    How to unlock additional features

    If you want to, you

can activate the Deluxe (or other higher level) features in your already

installed Starter Edition software directly. There's no need to go out and buy

a new Quicken CD or download. Simply follow the instructions here:
    https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-add-additional-features-quicken-2012-and-newer
    [obsolete link!]

    The cost for this

"upgrade" should be the price difference between feature

    levels.
Please do remember to retain any emails or instructions that you receive. You

will need them again should ever have to reinstall from the original Quicken CD

(or saved downloaded installation file) so that you can re-unlock the higher

    feature level.
