Not recording the cash balance from sold shares

I recently sold shares and expected the cash from the sale to post to the investment account which I in turn purchased shares of another stock.  The cash did not post to the account.  In fact, when I enter the Sale as soon as I select the investment, the "Use cash for this transaction" area grey's out.  Since the purchase of the new stock did reduce cash from the account, I am understated by the sale.  I use 2016 Deluxe. It is not showing that I have any placeholders.

Start in the transaction window for the sold shares. Where did the proceeds go?

I am showing 0 as the share balance, the Investment Amount is now (-) the cost of the sale.  It has N/A in the Cash Amount. So, I am not sure where the proceeds went.
