Can't Update a Security Name

I have a security that I have downloaded from the web.  As is the case anything Quicken downloads a new security, the security name is CUSIP ID.  Normally when I download a new security I am able to update the security name by doing a look up on the security symbol in "Edit Security" details.  However for this one single security it keeps reverting back to the CUSIP ID.

    The name is just for your convenience; it doesn't have to match anything online. You should be able to change it by just going to the Security Details and editing it there. You may get a "match" confirmation the next time you download but once you have set that up it should be OK.
