Security prices

Noticed the acct value on Q was significantly higher than the value in Fidelity. After comparing a few dozen securities, discovered an ETF price that had for some reason been bumped up by 400% in today's Q update. Is there any easier way to find these discrepancies, other than one-by-one security comparisons? Thanks!

An easier way of finding these sort of gross pricing problems is to look at your securities either in an Account's "Holdings" or in the "Portfolio view".  Click on the "Price Day Change %" heading.  That will sort the securities by that day's percentage change in price.  Look at the top and bottom of the list; those outliers might be candidates for "improper quote", particularly if you're seeing 3 digits to the left of the decimal point.

Thanks Tom. Does this happen often in your experience?

It hasn't happened often to me, but it does happen occasionally, particularly when splits of a stock are involved.
