Does Quicken track individual investments as a % of total portfolio value?

  Yes. In the Portfolio views, two of the available columns are "Market Value (%)" and "Amount Invested (%)".

  Because of the way it is calculated, Amount Invested may be problematic if you have sold some, but not all, shares of a security. I haven't done the math for the percentage.

  [EDIT] There is also "Cost Basis (%)".
  

  Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.

  If you haven't already, you may want to consider the Allocation by Security graph available on the Allocations view of the Investing tab.
