What do I need to do to get one step update to update portfolio quotes

When I do one step update I get
0 quotes an investing headlines updated.
update has not worked since 3/18/2019. I tried upgrading from quicken
2017 to quicken 2019. This did not help. Yes, the tickers like AAPL
are correct. Yes I have internet access. I have tried to Validate
and Repair the quicken file.

If you haven't already, I suggest you verify TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options window are enabled: Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options

Go into your Security List (Tools > Security List or CTRL-Y) and make sure the Download Quotes box is checked for the securities you care about.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.

Checking TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 fixed the issue. Thanks.
