Tangerine Credit card download wrongly

When I download transaction ( Credit card ) qith QConnect
the charges show as payment,
and are doubled from the rela charges
last version of QMac Canada

    Is the current balance on the credit card a positive number?

    about a week now,
    the current balance iis negative as it should, but because of the problem not accurate

    but now I do not see charges showing as deposits anymore
    but some transactions do not download, even the latest

    it seem to be a general problem
