Recent periodic licence check was refuse to be renewed by quicken staff. Our software licence is 2013 version purchased outright. (NOT SUBSCRIPTION LICENCE to the software).
In TC of the purchase is clear: Outright none subscription licence periodic check will be required. We would have to call quicken customer confirm our details and installation key. We will be given code to reactivate licence.

    I have no idea what you're talking about. You purchased a license to use Quicken with Online Services being discontinued after 3.5 years. Quicken 2013 should continue to function in manual entry mode.

    No we purchased CD with software to install on local machine. Not online version in 2013. However quicken every year or two. Automatically removes activation key. So every time we had to just call them to activate our licence and keep using. This year they said they won't do this and they said we have to purchase on line in clouds.... Any one had the same issue with quicken recently ?

    What version of Quicken 2013 are you using? US? Canadian? AFAIK, Quicken 2013 doesn't require an activation key or license.
