I noticed my quicken program was opening from my documents file. Is that correct?

Is the PROGRAM (QW.exe) in your Documents folder (it shouldn't be) OR is your Q Data File in your Documents folder (it should be)?
Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal
Retired "Certified Information Systems Auditor" & Bank Audit VP5 -
The typical location of the Quicken data file is a folder named Quicken in the user's Document folder.5
