Archiving to a new PC

I recently bought a new PC and am moving applications and data from the old one. Moving the Quicken file is easy enough, but I do not have an install file for Quicken 2017. I have switched to Mint going forward, but still want to be able to access prior years records. Is there a way to get Quicken 2017 on the new PC (it is already paid for) without buying a subscription. I only want it for archive access. Alternatively, is there another application that can read the data file?

If you bought a copy from a legitimate seller and downloaded it, you should be able to go back to that same seller and download again.
-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
