Unable to run reports after R19.5 update for Q 2017 Premier

It seems like the Reports functionality is gone from my Quicken program. There is no error message or any response at all when I try to run a report. Whether I go to the Reports menu or press Report from the Security List window, nothing happens.
I am surprised no one else has this problem, which must mean it's my PC?
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you haven't already, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install and update. If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken. To update Quicken, I recommend you download and apply the Mondo Patch: https://www.quicken.com/support/patching-updates-windows5
