I just purchased version 5.12.3 (Build 512.29258.100) but ny investment income is still not included in my budget, even though the categories are there (entry is 0) I am a longtime user - see the beginning of this thread. If I still can not get a useful budget, I will get my money back, as 17 will do what I need otherwise.

I just edited the budget categories, and some of the investment income is now showing, but not all of it. Each category ie, dividend income, interest income etc, shows up in several different places. Is there any information available about how to select categories?

    Hello Megnmac,

Sorry, you haven't received a response.

To access the income categories for investments first go to the budget.

Then go to Edit Budget > Select Categories then choose the Income tab.

The categories under Investments are what need to be selected.

If these are all selected and amounts are still missing from the budget, I would contact Quicken Care directly.

    https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support

Quicken care has the ability to initiate a screen share to suss out what is missing and why this information isn't reflecting in the budget.

    Hope this helps!
