Transactions I enter in the mobile app show inregister but do not automatically match downloads

When I enter transactions in my mobile app register and then download my transactions to my Mac via One Step Update, I get both transactions. I thought they were supposed to automatically match?

Sorry, you haven't received a response.
When you look in the register do you see a transaction with a pencil and a blue dot?
If so, one transaction will need to be dragged on top of the other transaction to manually match.
This will result in a blue pencil shown above.
This will need to be done manually and over time the matching should improve.
