Quicken isn't completing an investment transfer from investment account to checking account

I have BBVA Investments. I've got that set up online in Quicken. I transferred money from the Investments to my personal checking. It showed up as a deposit in checking. But in Quicken there is the red flag in the investment account. When I click on finish all a little box pops us with "i" and several zeros and an OK button. It's like it's not knowing what to do with the money?

  • Thanks Greg, that really helped! I don't know the lot numbers, I'm assuming I could find that on my statement? If not is cost basis method average cost a viable method? Thanks again!
