How can I fix this?

Renaming rule for "Online Payment" was not synced. This is causing Quicken to become unresponsive.

    Please see the error message I get. I am pretty sure that this what is causing Quicken to become unresponsive when syncing.

    Help in fixing this would be appreciated.

    I suggest you reset your Quicken Cloud data set.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/troubleshooting-quicken-mobile-companion-app

    I tried resetting cloud data. That didn’t work. The same message appeared. Quicken became unresponsive at “processing data”. I have to quit quicken with the end task in the Task Manager. Any other suggestions?
