Quicken 2010 running on Windows 10 via migration to Quicken 2013

Sounds like I can convert 2010 to Quicken 2013 on Windows 7 (currently using) and then when I transfer to new computer with Windows 10 it will operate correctly? But thought I saw a caution warning not to use the converted file but start a new one?

    There is no reason to start a new file. You will be fine once the file is converted.

    Starting a new file seems to be Quicken Support's answer to anything that isn't covered in their step-by-step troubleshooting manual.
    My file is the migrated/converted g-g-grandchild of a 1996 data file and runs just fine.
    While Q2013 was never officially tested to run on Win10, it runs just fine.
