I am running Win 10 and using Quicken 2017. How do I run a report which shows me the annual return of my stock / bond portfolio ?

You can also set up a Portfolio view with the Av Annual Retun (%) columns which should show the same numbers as the Investment Performance report. You can group this by account or security.
