How do I reinstall Quicken 2015 on a new computer

trying to reinstall Quicken 2015 on a new computer but keep an error message when the program tries to open. Requests a reentry of Quicken user name and password but won't accept valid logon credentials

It is probably asking for Intuit credentials rather than Quicken credentials.Applying the patch referred to by Greg_the_Geek will solve that.
