During update getting message "computer does not meet minimum requirements" - therefore cant install

During update got error message after Quicken on computer was deleted. Message that "computer does not meet minimum requirements". Don't understand but Quicken has been very slow recently.

    What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? 
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    What Quicken version did you delete? What version are you trying to (re-)install?

    Exactly HOW was Quicken deleted.  Because neither program nor data updates have that functionality.
