  • It seems like it is, however I loaded 2003 on my Windows 10 machine and it was working fine. The conversion says that 2004 is NOT compatible with Windows 10. Quote from link: "This will require converting the file to Quicken 2004 first.

Quicken 2004 has been tested and will install and run on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems (32- or 64-bit for Quicken 2004) through the conversion process. It is not compatible with Windows 10."

See if right clicking the install app and selecting compatibility mode (Win7) works when attempting to install.

Not all of the features of 2004 work properly on Win10, but the part that does the conversion does.
Quite often, it is the stuff like Help and the web links that doesn't work, but that doesn't matter in this situation.

Probably, but I can't say for sure since I do not have a copy of QW2010 to install.

Why do you need to use Quicken 2010 Premier when you can upgrade for free to Quicken 2013 Deluxe for free. Quicken 2013 Deluxe does run on Windows 10.
