Using Q directions, I enlarge the Font. Now screen is too large and freezes.

I enlarged Font. Screen is often too large to use then freezes & will not allow font change .
I then tried to go back to the old smaller font and it does not change back. What shall I try?

    Where did you find those directions ... and what issue were you trying to resolve?
    Also, what Q product are you running?  What BUILD of Q?  What BUILD of Windows?

    Quicken Premier 27.1.23.
    Grandson changed resolution to 1920 x 1080
    That allowed the ESC to shrink it enough to access the X and then close the ‘ Split Categories’ window in which it was previously frozen.. That seems to have solved the problem. I appreciate the quick reply.
    Should I do something else?
