Error code cc-502 with Associated Bank - is this a known problem that is being worked on?

Have been receiving error code CC-502 since 12/12/19 when trying to download from Associated bank. Have deactivated then tried to activate again. Msg, "Quicken can't add this account because the Associated Bank website is temporarily unavailable." Error: CC-502.

    "It is a known issue with Quicken. It is something that is not an error on our end. I do apologize for the inconvenience."

    Um, if it's an issue with Quicken, how is it not an error in Quicken? I don't understand the context of this reply.
