syncing to Dropbox stopped working

My free Dropbox account filled up (i.e. 5GB, that came with my Quicken purchase) so the sync that took place whenever I closed the app stopped working. I upgraded my Dropbox account to a paid membership, with 5TB storage. But I can't get Quicken to sync with it. Help
