Incorect bill data downloaded from AT&T

When i download my latest bill from AT&T I am receiving the incorrect information..ie..the due date is wrong. Is this an issue many people are having?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you are still experiencing this trouble, may I ask that you provide the incorrect due date that you are seeing in Quicken?

    This way I can compare this date to what is being reported on the online biller profile.

    pops up as december 18 the proper due date is the 7th

    Thank you for the response and for reporting the incorrect date.

    I was able to locate your profile and view the AT&T bill, I do see that instead of a due date is listed the due date states "Soon."

    I have gone ahead and reported this to our services provider, please allow 24-48 hours and please follow up if you still see an incorrect date being listed.
