Why are online bills being added again after I pay them?

Very often, I pay a scheduled bill early (I am a good citizen!) and the next time I open Quicken and update accounts, the already paid bills will be added again as unpaid. I attached a screenshot showing this.

When we link the online bill to a bill reminder and the online bill arrives. Quicken will set the estimate amount and the due date of the reminder. If we wait until the online bill arrives and use the bill reminder to enter the transaction in the register, Quicken should reset the next due date of the reminder appropriately.Kabboroo said:I do use bill reminder, but this issue is mostly with online bills5

If you aren't already, I suggest you use the bill reminder to enter bill transaction in the register.0
