cannot login - Quicken login window does not respond to typing

Upon starting Quicken, I get this screen in attached photo.. I am unable to interact with this window, cannot type my password and cannot login. No response to clicks or typing.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you are still experiencing this trouble and haven't done so already, please try going to Edit > Preferences. Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts.
Then choose "Sign in as a Different User" sign out and sign back in.
If you don't see or can't get to the Edit menu on the upper left, close the sign-in window. You may have to close it several times before you can see the Edit option.
