Blank Quicken ID password screen

When I try to do an account update I keep getting a blank screen asking for my Quicken ID password.

If your Quicken User ID, is not filled it, then your Quicken Data File does not yet, have you signed in.

If you haven't already, I suggest you reset the
Quicken ID
associated with the data file:
https://www.quicken.com/support/im-unable-change-quicken-id-when-signing

None of this helped, thanks anyway. The screen I get when I try to update says enter my quicken ID password but there are no entry blocks, everything else is just blank. I had this problem before and there was a download that fixed it until 2020 came along but I can't find it again.
