Is there a way to erase lotsof backups for the same file

You use File Explorer in Windows to delete them, then run a Cleaner to clean the System, like Glary Utilities from: https://www.glarysoft.com/ and CCleaner Free from: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner
All programs are free.
