How can I get my Quicken 7 to work on Catalina?

I recently purchased a MacBook Air and had all my files migrated to my new laptop. When I went to open my Quicken 7, I was unable to do so. How can I get it to work? Thank you for your time and help!

    QMac2007 will not run under Catalina.
    QMac 2007 is a 32 bit app and Catalina does not run 32 bit apps.

    You can run QMac2007 under Mojave or an earlier version of the Mac OS.
    With Catalina, you must upgrade to a newer version of QMac.

    It will open your QM2007 data files.  QM2007, itself, will never run on Catallina.
