Include Self-Transfers option missing

I was trying to define a report earlier, and the option to include self-transfers was provided. It seem to provide the right content i was looking for.
Now, only option is to Exclude Self-Transfers.
Anyone know what is going on?

    Which report are you customizing?

    The options I see are 
    Include all
    Exclude all
    Exclude self-transfers
    Exclude internal

    I think if you want to see self-transfers you have to pick Include all.

    Oddly, different spending reports appear to have different defaults.
