One step update crashing.

I asked this question previously I'm using R24.11 and every few weeks the onstep update fails. If I update the accounts individually they work fine. The last release was supposed to help with this and it did for a little now it's back to failing. I've sent the logs in to assist. I'm curious if this is a known problem or is it unique to me.

If you haven't already, I would start by running a validate and repair, the steps and information are available here.
