Tax Schedule Report for 2019 is incorrect-Quicken 2017

Using Quicken for Windows 2017 and some categories on my Tax Schedule Report for 2019 are missing data. If I look at the Itemized Category report it has the correct totals, but the Tax Schedule report is not right.

    Do the categories have the correct tax line items?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you confirm the appropriate tax line item is assigned to the transaction entries providing the missing data and the transactions are not being filtered (open the report, press Alt + C).
