What is the difference between "I'll do it myself" and "Automatically"

When setting up a recurring bill that is automatically deducted from my checking I'm not sure whether to choose "I'll do it myself" and "Automatically". Does QM behave differently depending on which I choose? I want the bill to be marked as paid when it is deducted from my checking account. I think "I'll do it myself" works fine for this, so what is different for "Automatically"?

If you are referring to this option:
That refers to whether the scheduled transaction in your register gets auto-posted (i.e., "Marked as Paid") on the due date, if or if you manually want to do such as to edit details (date paid, amounts, notes, etc.) before you post it.
For myself, I use the "Automatically" option only for scheduled transaction that never vary. For anything that varies or I have to edit details, I choose the I'll do it myself option.
A downloaded transaction will match/mark as paid a reminder, but the bigger the difference between what gets downloaded and the reminder (say for an interest payment), the more likely the program won't auto-match (to be safe.) That is why I mark many of my scheduled transactions with correct dates/amounts, etc. beforehand.8
