Report print file omits page 2

Report should be two pages, but output file contains only one page. At the bottom it says page 1 of 2, but page 2 is missing. Output to PDF is the same. It doesn't matter whether I use the "scale to fit" 1 page wide or not. Q V 5.14.3, Mac OS 10.15.3 Catalina

When printing is possible that the "From" is selected to only print certain pages instead of "All" pages?

What report are you using? (Not necessarily what you titled it, but from which menu option on the Reports menu is this report created?)

Oh, snap! How did that happen? Must have come up by default and I didn't notice. I never use it in Quicken. Thanks.
