Filter / exclude search terms in QMac2020 register?

Hello,

I tried using a negative sign ('-') prior to a search term but this didn't work. Is there another way to exclude certain items from a search? For example, let's say I wanted to find all transactions within a certain view except those that contain the term "Amazon."

Is there a way to do this, short of creating a report? And if not, is there an existing feature request on which I can vote? Thank you.
