Quicken 2020 on my iMac

I'm using Quicken 2020 on my iMac. I originally had the program download data from my financial institution automatically. I would like to stop that and input data manually.How do I do that?

  For each account you have set up to download, simply click on Setting in the bottom toolbar, and then click the button to disable transaction downloads.
