How do I correct sign in problem?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I sign into Quicken (version R25.10) in windows 10, I get the following message: "connected to online services from Fidelity". I have deleted all accounts related to Fidelity and still get the message.

Thank you for trying. I uninstalled Quicken and then reinstalled it; it took care of my problem.
