Seems I have to resize screen display everytime at Quicken startup since last Quicken Update

What do I need to do to save the last display Size for next startup of Quicken?

    Please provide the year and version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken

    Quicken should maintain the position and size of its main window in the user's hidden AppData\Roaming\Quicken\config\QUser.ini file in the [Window] region.
