How do I set up a Mortgage account and a payment schedual for it in Quicken in 2019-2020

I want to have a mortgage account that will allow me to have an amortization schedule and do split payment IE. principle, interest and escrow being put into there own categories at the time the payment is made. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
