How do i keep data on 2 PC's both running Quicken in sync

I run Quicken on my main PC and and sync to my iPhone. I also have Quicken on my Surface PC. How do I keep Quicken on my Surface PC and my Main PC up to date?

You only have 1 data file.  If you want it on both computers you need to move the .qdf file back and forth using a flash drive doing a backup and restore.  But that can be easy to get messed up if you enter into the wrong file or copy the wrong file.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

If you haven't already, you may want to consider using a remote desktop client on the Surface PC to access Quicken on the desktop of your main PC.

So I cannot setup a second PC to only sync from my Data file?

Correct.  Another option is to use Quicken for the Web on the Surface PC: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-web-frequently-asked-questions

It would be a totally manual task - and up to you for the integrity and transfer -
Some use the QDF file or a Quicken Backup of the file stored on a Remote folder...
BUT - Quicken does not have that kind of "cloud" functionality -

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10
